Lanita and family, I am so so so sorry for your loss of such a fine person. I thank God that we became friends thru the Mountain Heritage Festival over 14 years ago. Wayne thought so much of both of you. I am sure they are exchanging tales up there now. Try to take care of yourself and hope to see you one day. love you bunches. I think I speak for the Shriners also, we will certainly miss him also.

My heart goes out to you and your family. Kenny was a friend to everyone. When my dad died he came and talk to me about how my dad was always so good to him. Hugs and prayers for you and your family

I attended school with Kenny from the first grade till we graduated in 1966. He was a great friend, neighbor and role model for all that knew him. RIP my friend you will be very missed in Sleepy Cornor.

From the time I came into the family Kenny always made me feel welcome. He was a great guy and I can only hope that I will be remembered with even half of the love and respect that everyone has for him. RIP my friend....ERU43

I remember when my children were little they would love for me to buy them leather belts with their names on the back. I still have a couple of them. Kenny was very talented and will be missed. So sorry for your loss. A Stockdale native and still living there. Also Kenny's mom shared with me that she attended school with my dad (Harry Brown). Sincerely, Angie (Alan) Roberts
