Ernest Thomas Rollins II, age 45, of Nelsonville, passed away Wednesday evening, April 11, 2018 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born March 30, 1973 in Tampa, Florida to Kathy Ann "Sue" Cozort and the late Ernest Thomas "Pete" Rollins I. Ernie "Hoss" truly loved being a coal miner for Buckingham Coal Company. He is survived by his wife, Yvonne Sheri Rollins; children, Jonathan Rollins, Meagan Rollins, Samantha Rollins, Emily Rollins, Ernest "Bubby" Rollins III and Kyle Reed-Rhoten; grandchildren, Avery Rose, Charleigh Jo and Maxton Andrew; siblings, Edna Rollins, Becky (Steve) Secrest, Josh Rollins, Dedee Rollins, Jack Oaks, Gary Oaks, Tammy Miller and Jamie Oaks. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Besides his father, Ernie was also preceded in death by his uncle "Unk" and his grandparents. Calling hours will be Sunday from 1 to 3 P.M. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will immediately follow the calling hours Sunday at 3 P.M. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Rev. John Starr officiating. Burial will follow in the School Lot Cemetery in Albany.
